If you receive an incorrect or defective order, we offer a 3-day return and refund policy for eligible items.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items must be in resellable condition without any damage, stains, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Any product showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by us.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact us via Instagram @dohasecret.qa or email dohasecretqa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Our support team will review your request and share return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service. (Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.)
Step 4: Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item is approved.

  • The refund will be processed through the original payment method (Tabby, credit/debit card, or store credit).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for your preferred product once the return is approved.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
