Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help — please read our return terms below.
Return window
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In the same undamaged condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached
Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing tags/packaging will not be accepted.
How to start a return
Email us at dohasecretqa@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
Our team will review your request and send return instructions. Please do not send anything back before your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know when you contact us and we'll arrange an exchange where stock is available.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned: items marked Final Sale, and any product that has been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without its original tags and packaging.
