DOHASECRET — Return & Refund Policy

Refunds are only guaranteed if the item arrives damaged or is the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping.

All other requests are reviewed case by case.

Any return or refund request for another reason, including change of mind, wrong size ordered, or the item not looking as expected, is reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not mean it will be approved, and we may decline it.

No refunds are given outside these terms.

How to request

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dohasecretqa@gmail.com or WhatsApp  with your order number, the item, and clear photos of the item, its tags and the packaging.

Do not send anything back before you receive written approval from us. Items returned without approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Condition

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Anything showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing tags or packaging will be refused.

If a refund is approved

Paid by card: refunded to the same card within 5 to 7 business days.
Paid cash on delivery: refunded by bank transfer within 5 to 7 business days. We will ask for your IBAN and account name.

Original shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Items we cannot take back

Items marked Final Sale, and anything worn, washed, damaged, or sent back without its original tags and packaging.
