    Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 2–6 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
  3. Tracking
    Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking details so you can follow your shipment until it arrives.
  4. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  5. Address Accuracy
    Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  6. Delays
    While we work hard to deliver on time, DOHASECRET is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
  7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
    If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows an issue with delivery, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date and we will help resolve it.
