4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery within Qatar takes approximately 6–8 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery charges are free for orders above QAR 250.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds are processed only after inspection and quality verification.
Custom-made or sale items are non-refundable.
