  • Doha Secret specializes in luxury apparel, footwear, and accessories.

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors in pricing or details may occur.

  • If an order is placed based on incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order after notifying the customer.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  • We accept payments via Tabby, Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery.

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

  • If any suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, Doha Secret reserves the right to cancel the order and restrict future access.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery within Qatar takes approximately 2–4 working days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery charges are free for orders above QAR 250.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and in the same undamaged condition you received them.

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and quality verification, and are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • Need a different size or colour? Tell us when you contact us and we will arrange an exchange where stock is available.

  • Custom-made and Final Sale items are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including logos, designs, product images, and written content—is the property of Doha Secret and protected by copyright laws.

  • No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
